My Elderberry Syrup is made-to-order just for you with wild Blue Elderberries and Elderflowers (Sambucus nigra ssp. cerulea) along with organically grown Lemon Balm. My husband and I ethically gather the Elderberries and Elderflowers locally. We freeze the berries right away in divided amounts for me to use to make fresh batches of syrup throughout the year as needed. I gently dry the Elderflowers and the Lemon Balm and store them in glass jars with airtight lids to use as needed. The Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) comes from our organic garden in southwest Oregon.

I am nearly never without a bottle in my fridge because I find it to be such a delicious, nutritious, effective and simple way to support my immune system health all year round as needed. This syrup tastes berry tart, honey sweet and cinnamon spiced along with other little flavor nuances from the other ingredients such as the Rose Hips and Maple Syrup. I include Elderflowers because the flowers and the berries have an important synergy that enhance one another, making more potent formulas from what I have experienced and from the feedback that I receive.

I highly encourage you to do your own research about the health benefits of Elderberry if you would like to learn more. If you have any questions you can contact me. I usually respond the same day. ● Organic Maple Syrup
● Organic Lemon Balm

● Organic Lemon Juice

● 4 ounce dark glass bottle
● 8 ounce dark glass bottle

● Please shake the bottle before using to mix the Honey well because it tends to thicken when it becomes cold in the fridge.

●● You can enjoy the syrup straight from a spoon or shot glass or mixed into a small amount of water or other beverage.

●●● Even though the Honey, Maple Syrup and Lemon Juice are somewhat preservative in nature, refrigeration is still recommended. Each bottle lasts up to 3 months when stored properly in the fridge. I include an expiration date on each label to help you remember.

Each bottle is labeled with general usage guidelines to help you choose the right dose for you.

● Not recommended for children under 1 year of age due to the Honey it contains. If you are in need of something without Honey you can message me to talk about other options if you like.

●● Not recommended for pregnant women unless specifically recommended by their licensed healthcare professional. Aviva Romm (an MD, Midwife, Herbalist, Author & Educator) can be a great resource for information about using herbs during pregnancy: https://avivaromm.com/
