TRADITIONAL USES:
Long considered a heart tonic that supports the overall health of the heart. Especially known for helping the body to regulate blood pressure -- both high and low, support vein health, irregular heartbeat, anxiety, grief, digestion and more.

ABOUT:
My Hawthorn Tincture is an alcohol extract that I make in small batches with fresh Hawthorn flowers, leaves and berries that I gather from a lovely, large old tree that lives on the edge of a friend's chemical-free property in southwest Oregon. I gather the leaves and frilly flowers in May and tincture them while fresh, then in late Autumn or early Winter I gather the ripe berries and tincture them while fresh. This tincture is a combination of both tinctures for their beneficial synergy.
